Managing Director
Andrew leads the continued growth of Robert Wilson & Son, with a strong focus on building and maintaining long-term client relationships. He believes in honest communication, reliability and delivering a quality service that keeps clients returning to RW&S.
Estimator
Scott has been with Robert Wilson & Son for over 20 years, progressing from Apprentice to Site Foreman and now Estimator. His experience across all levels of the business gives him a strong understanding of projects from both a practical and commercial perspective, while maintaining the quality and standards RW&S is known for.
Project Manager
Steven has progressed through Robert Wilson & Son from site-based and supervisory roles to his recent promotion to Project Manager. His hands-on experience allows him to manage projects effectively, with a strong focus on delivering to programme, maintaining high-quality standards and building positive relationships with clients.
Office Manager
Anne has been with Robert Wilson & Son for around 30 years and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the business. As Office Manager, she oversees the day-to-day running of the office, supporting the wider team and helping ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Administrator
Karen provides administrative support across Robert Wilson & Son, working closely with the management team to coordinate day-to-day requirements. She plays an important role in supporting project documentation, communication and organisation, helping the wider team deliver an efficient service to our clients.
